He is the co-author of “Scaling for Success”, has a Masters degree from the top program in the field, and has been CECP, SPHR, Six Sigma, and executive coaching certified. He currently serves as a private equity operating partner, a VC advisor, a 1:1 mentor to HR leaders, and teaches at 2 of the world's top universities. Foremost among these activities, Andrew founded People Leader Accelerator, the premier development program for strategic HR leaders of investor-backed, founder-led, technology companies.
